Workman HVAC & Electric dba Blain Ryan Enterprises

We are Workman HVAC & Electric, doing business as Blain Ryan Enterprises. Since 1994, we have helped residential and commercial clients with heating and cooling needs. From maintenance checks and emergency repairs to equipment installation and replacement, our focus is on finding practical HVAC solutions that fit each property and its needs.

We believe replacement should not be the first conclusion without a thorough examination. When another provider says a new system is necessary, customers can call us for a free second opinion. We provide a full consultation, explain the available options, and help each customer choose the solution that is right for their home or commercial property. When replacement is needed, our trained technicians install high-rated equipment using quality parts.

Our services include installing new geothermal systems, replacing existing geothermal units, and maintaining current geothermal equipment. We also work on conventional heating and cooling systems, helping keep equipment operating at full capacity while offering practical guidance on maintenance between visits. Our experience includes addressing problems such as coil leaks in older ClimateMaster units and installing new Bryant geothermal equipment.

We offer a variety of money-saving solutions and remain dedicated to providing quality service. New equipment includes a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty. New Bryant geothermal units may include a 10-year parts-and-labor warranty through Bryant, and new furnaces include a lifetime replacement warranty for the heat exchanger. Customers can reach Workman Heating Cooling Geothermal at (859) 781-7000 to discuss maintenance, repairs, second opinions, or replacement options.
