Workman Heating Cooling Geothermal

We have served residential and commercial customers since 1994, helping with heating, cooling, and geothermal needs. From our Cold Spring location at 4116 Alexandria Pike, we provide maintenance checks, emergency repairs, system evaluations, and equipment installation. When another provider recommends replacing a system, customers can call us at (859) 781-7000 for a free second opinion.

Our approach begins with a thorough examination before we decide whether replacement is necessary. We work with each customer to identify HVAC options that fit the needs of the property, then provide a full consultation explaining the available choices. If new equipment is needed, our trained technicians can install high-rated appliances using quality parts and equipment. We also help keep systems running at full capacity and share practical guidance for maintaining equipment between service visits.

We install new geothermal systems, replace existing geothermal units, and maintain current geothermal equipment. A new Bryant geothermal unit described by us came with a 10-year parts-and-labor warranty through Bryant. New equipment comes with a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty, while new furnaces include a lifetime replacement warranty for the heat exchanger. Whether the need is routine upkeep, an urgent repair, a second opinion, or a new system, we focus on explaining the options clearly and helping each customer choose the right solution for the home or commercial property.
