William Perotti & Sons, Inc.

We are a full-service plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning company based at 11 Furnace Hill Road in East Canaan, Connecticut. Our team handles service work as well as new installations, new construction, and renovation projects.

Our capabilities include well pumps, water treatment systems, radiant floor heating, geothermal installations, and oil-furnace replacement. This range allows us to help with both core mechanical needs and comfort-system improvements, whether the work involves an existing home, a renovation, or a new construction project.

We understand that heating and plumbing problems can interrupt daily life, especially when a home loses heat. Our focus is on practical service and installation options matched to the needs of each project. Customers can call us at (860) 824-5181 to discuss their plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, water, or geothermal needs.

We have celebrated 90 years in business. From our East Canaan location, we continue to provide the hands-on mechanical services that have defined our work across generations.
