William G. Day Company

We have served Hockessin, Wilmington, Newark, and the surrounding Delaware area since William G. Day was founded in 1977. With more than 40 years of experience in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, we are dedicated to providing skilled services at affordable prices. Professionalism and quality care guide how we work with every client, whether we are helping a homeowner or supporting a local business.

Our NATE-certified team is trained on the latest technologies in the HVAC field. We provide residential and commercial air conditioning installation and repair, heating installation and repair, furnace installation, indoor air quality services, and HVAC maintenance. Our plumbing capabilities include new installations, repairs, fixtures and equipment, water heater installation and replacement, and re-piping services. This comprehensive range of services allows our clients to turn to us for many of their HVAC and plumbing needs.

When a heat pump, furnace, or boiler needs attention, our technicians bring the experience and skill to repair virtually every brand of equipment. We also install heat pumps, furnaces, and boilers with careful attention to comfort and performance. Because proper system design is essential to heating comfort and efficiency, every heating system we install includes a full set of load calculations. These calculations help us match the new unit to the home’s heating requirements. From evaluating the system to completing the installation, our trained heating professionals apply their knowledge throughout the process.

We are proud to provide HVAC and plumbing services throughout the Hockessin, Wilmington, and Newark area. To schedule an appointment with us, call 302-427-3700.
