We are West Michigan Geothermal, a Sparta-based team led by owners Bill Schriver and Brad Delaney. Since their college days at Ferris State University in 1992, Bill and Brad have challenged the limits of the heating and cooling industry, focusing on thoughtful design, ongoing training, and carefully selected technology. Two months after they established B&B Heating and Cooling, advances in geothermal technology demonstrated the comfort and cost-saving potential of geothermal heating and cooling systems. Their commitment to traditional and emerging technologies led them to expand their expertise and create West Michigan Geothermal.

Today, we are a GeoPro Master Dealer of WaterFurnace geothermal systems. Our technicians and installation experts receive factory training from WaterFurnace, helping us uphold the high standards Bill and Brad expect from themselves, our team, and the technologies we use. For every installation, we conduct an Air Conditioning Contractors of America Manual J load calculation. This allows us to approach each system with custom precision in its design and the comfort it is intended to provide. We also give every customer a complimentary GeoLink energy study.

Our commitment to geothermal is reflected in our own workplace. Two geothermal closed-loop systems provide comfort at our Sparta location. Our certified earth loop contractor is the only one in the area with design insurance. From system design through installation, we bring together factory training, careful calculations, and geothermal expertise to serve our customers.
