Watts Heating & Cooling, Inc

Since our foundation in 1999, we have made it our mission to make our customers’ homes more comfortable while also playing an active role in our community. Based in Milwaukie, we are proud to be part of the Gladstone community and to serve customers throughout the Portland metropolitan area. We began Watts Heating & Cooling with a straightforward goal: to provide area families with comfort solutions that fit both their lifestyles and their budgets.

We provide heating and cooling installation, maintenance, emergency repair, replacement equipment, and complete systems. Our skilled, factory-trained professionals receive regular, ongoing training, helping us maintain the quality of our work as we continue to learn and grow. With a fleet of trucks and a warehouse stocked with parts and equipment, we are prepared to respond to a wide range of heating and cooling needs. We also provide commercial heating and cooling services, including installation and maintenance for a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

For us, the work is about more than equipment. We want to create positive experiences and “wow” moments by rising above the status quo in everything we do. Compassion guides how we work with our customers and with one another, helping us understand needs, build trust, and offer support. When we commit to a goal, we take responsibility for our actions, communicate honestly, and ask for help when it is needed. We take pride in doing business the right way and in continually developing as professionals and people.

We are bonded and insured and hold Oregon CCB license number 134602. Whether you need routine maintenance, an emergency repair, replacement equipment, or a complete heating and cooling system, our team is ready to help.
