Wade Hatchell Heating & Cooling Inc

We’re a family-owned heating and cooling team that has proudly served Lawrenceburg, Frankfort, and surrounding communities since 1989. We believe in treating our customers like family, and that approach guides everything we do. From our office staff to our installers and service technicians, we work to provide fast, friendly, reliable service and quality indoor-comfort products throughout the year. Our installers and technicians receive regular factory training to help ensure every installation and repair is handled with care.

As a Carrier® dealer, we offer a broad selection of heating, cooling, and indoor-air-quality equipment. Our product lineup includes air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, programmable thermostats, humidifiers, ductless split systems, geothermal systems, air cleaners, ultraviolet lights, ventilators, and zoning products. We help customers explore these options and customize a solution suited to their indoor-comfort needs.

We are licensed heating and air-conditioning contractors with the tools, equipment, and experience to help keep HVAC systems operating smoothly. Our services include installation, repair, emergency assistance, and preventative maintenance. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for HVAC emergencies, with no overtime fees. We also offer service agreements through our Comfort Club. Members receive priority service and two 30-Point System Checks and Safety Inspections each year for their heating and air-conditioning equipment. Annual and monthly membership options are available for one- and two-system homes, along with multi-year discounts. We’re happy to discuss the available plans and recommend an option that fits your needs.
