United Air Temp, Inc.

We’ve served homeowners with heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services for more than 90 years. Our roots date to 1931 in Erie, Pennsylvania, and our first United Air Temp office opened in Falls Church, Virginia, in 1979. Since then, we have grown from a small local operation into a regional home-comfort provider with locations serving communities from Maryland to Florida. Our Vienna office is located at 110 Pleasant Street NW, Suite B.

Our NATE-certified technicians and licensed plumbers handle air conditioning installation and repair, heating systems such as furnaces and boilers, plumbing repairs and replacements, indoor air quality, geothermal heat pump installation, and preventive maintenance for HVAC and plumbing systems. We also offer maintenance programs, two-hour appointment windows for routine repair and maintenance visits, and 24/7 emergency service. We provide written reports for the work we perform and use a computerized customer tracking system to help maintain consistent service.

Integrity, professionalism, and social responsibility have shaped our history and continue to guide our work. Our mission is to treat people the way we would want to be treated. For our customers, that means putting their needs first and working to deliver a high standard of care. For our employees, it means fair treatment along with the training and support needed to meet our performance standards. We continually update our service techniques and knowledge of home-comfort technologies while remaining committed to the health and safety of the communities we serve. In 2022, we became the first two-time recipient of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association’s HVACR National Contractor of the Year award.
