Unique Heating and Cooling

Since 1995, we’ve helped homeowners and businesses stay comfortable through central Indiana’s changing seasons. Our family still leads Unique Heating & Cooling, bringing three generations of hands-on HVAC experience to every job across Delphi, Lafayette, Monticello, and surrounding communities. We’ve built our approach around honest service, clear communication, reliable equipment, and quality workmanship. Many customers see the same familiar technicians year after year—people who understand their homes and remember the history of their heating and cooling systems.

We install, repair, and maintain central air conditioners, furnaces, ducted heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and package units. As Armstrong Air ProTeam dealers and Water Furnace specialists, we are trained in current heat-pump and geothermal technology. Our geothermal services include repairs and maintenance for Water Furnace systems, such as loop-pressure checks, refrigerant service, and annual tune-ups. We also work with equipment from brands including Mitsubishi, Burnham, Navien, and Honeywell. Beyond heating and cooling, our services include tankless water heaters, indoor air quality solutions, whole-home generators, and commercial refrigeration.

Our experience in Indiana has taught us how local humidity, winter temperature swings, and regional building styles can affect comfort systems. We draw on that knowledge to diagnose problems efficiently and recommend practical solutions for each home or business. For commercial customers in Lafayette, Logansport, Delphi, and the surrounding area, we provide rooftop-unit installation and repair, commercial boiler service, and repairs for reach-in and walk-in freezers and coolers.

We also offer maintenance plans with scheduled tune-ups, priority service, and member discounts on repairs. When a heating or cooling failure cannot wait, our certified technicians provide 24-hour emergency service. Emergency rates apply, and we discuss pricing before work begins. Although our name has changed to reflect the full range of services we provide, we remain the same family and team, committed to the honest diagnosis, capable service, and dependable workmanship our community has trusted since 1995.
