Tuck And Howell, Inc.

We’re a local, family-owned plumbing, heating, and air team with roots dating back to 1969. From our home in Duncan, we proudly serve Greenville families and surrounding communities across the Upstate and Western North Carolina. Jay Mahaffey rebuilt Tuck & Howell around the reputation and promise behind our name, carrying forward a family history that means a great deal to him. His wife and co-owner, Amanda, brings the same care and commitment to everything we do.

We provide HVAC and plumbing services designed to keep homes comfortable and operating efficiently. Our services include heating and air conditioning repairs, furnace services, leak detection, drain repairs, and system installations. Our experienced, licensed and certified professionals focus on completing each job precisely and on time. We work to get things right the first time, offering lasting solutions rather than temporary, band-aid fixes. We also give our customers options—never ultimatums—so they can make informed decisions about their homes.

Trust, timeliness, ethical service, and quality workmanship are central to how we serve our customers. We stand behind our work with a warranty that surpasses those offered by most competitors in the region. We also offer 24/7 emergency service, with skilled technicians ready to respond promptly to HVAC emergencies. Our service area includes Anderson, Spartanburg, Pickens, Laurens, Oconee, Greenwood, Polk, Henderson, Buncombe, and Wayne Counties, along with Greenville and surrounding communities. Whether we’re addressing a heating or cooling problem or providing a plumbing solution, our goal is to resolve the underlying issue and deliver work our customers can trust.
