Tri Counties Heating & Air

We are a locally owned heating and cooling company serving Leeds, Birmingham, and surrounding communities in central Alabama. Our roots go back to 1982, and our work covers residential and commercial comfort systems from the first diagnostic visit through installation and ongoing maintenance. We handle air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and commercial refrigeration, giving customers one place to discuss several parts of a building's mechanical systems.

Geothermal is part of the conversation we can have with customers who are considering a different way to heat, cool, and support hot-water needs. We work with WaterFurnace geothermal equipment and can help evaluate how a ground-source system may fit the property alongside other heating and cooling options. Because each home or business has different requirements, we begin with the building, the existing equipment, and the customer's comfort goals rather than treating every project alike.

Our broader HVAC services include system diagnostics, emergency repairs, new equipment installation, and preventive maintenance. We install and replace air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps, and we service both residential and commercial systems. For properties with refrigeration needs, we also work on coolers and freezers. Our plumbing services include installation, repair, and routine maintenance for whole-home systems.

From our Leeds location, we serve customers across the greater Birmingham area. Our team includes certified technicians, including NATE-certified professionals, and heating and cooling help is available around the clock for urgent problems. Customers can contact us to schedule a diagnostic visit, request routine service, plan an equipment replacement, or discuss whether a WaterFurnace geothermal system belongs among the options for their property.
