We are a family-owned and operated heating and air conditioning team founded by Navy veteran Tony Kelly. Serving Tallahassee and surrounding North Florida communities, we are guided by a straightforward commitment to dependable service, clear communication, and lasting indoor comfort. We provide HVAC repair, routine maintenance, and system installation for homes and businesses. Our services include air conditioning and heating repair, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, geothermal systems, crawl space solutions, and commercial HVAC support. When we visit a property, our technicians inspect the full system, explain what they find, and recommend repair, maintenance, or replacement based on the equipment’s condition. Our work is designed for North Florida’s heat, humidity, and long cooling seasons.

Our acting general manager, Chris, has worked in air conditioning since 2001. He holds an associate degree from Chipola Junior College and a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. He is a NATE-certified technician and installer, an NCI Certified Air Balance Technician, and a State of Florida Mechanical Contractor. Across every service call, we aim to be friendly, efficient, and attentive to each customer’s needs. Whether we are completing a repair, maintaining existing equipment, or installing a new system, our goal is to help our customers feel comfortable in their homes and workplaces while building relationships they can rely on.
