Titan Heating and Air

We’re Titan Heating and Air, LLC, a locally owned and family-operated HVAC team based in Georgetown, Kentucky. Founded in 2017, we bring more than 20 years of experience to homes and businesses in Georgetown, Lexington, and surrounding areas. Honesty, integrity, and quality service guide our work, and we genuinely care about the comfort and satisfaction of every customer we serve. Our approach is simple: do the job the right way and make sure each system performs as designed.

We install, repair, and maintain all makes and models of heating and air-conditioning equipment for existing homes, new construction, and remodeling projects. We also correct poor installations and redesign ductwork to improve airflow throughout the home. Our licensed and insured technicians handle tasks ranging from worn belts and pilot-light problems to dangerous leaks and complex commercial heating and cooling systems. We provide 24/7 emergency service and offer indoor-comfort products such as UV lights, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers. We also install and service Generac generators to help keep homes prepared when storms cause power outages.

Our geothermal services are designed around each home and its heating and cooling needs. We evaluate factors such as the home’s size, occupancy, insulation, and use of space before selecting an appropriate system. Depending on the property, options may include horizontal, vertical, open-loop, or underwater systems for ponds and lakes. Our installation work can include drilling, ground-loop installation, and any ductwork needed to distribute airflow to different rooms and floors. Before finishing, we test the system for safe and efficient operation. We also help maintain geothermal systems through annual inspections and attention to thermostat settings, vents, ductwork, and unexpected changes in energy costs. Across every service we provide, our goal is trusted comfort for every season.
