Tica, Inc. Heating and Cooling

We’re a family-owned and operated heating and cooling team that has served Decatur since 1967. We provide residential and light commercial HVAC services throughout Decatur, Forsyth, Mount Zion, Argenta, Oreana, Springfield, and surrounding areas. Our goal is to deliver dependable service at a fair price, with clear explanations and honest recommendations. Our Service Technicians work on all brands, and we offer same-day service as well as 24-hour emergency service.

Our services include heating and air conditioning repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation. We also work with boilers and geothermal HVAC systems and provide indoor air quality solutions based on the needs of each home or office. When equipment is not operating properly, we thoroughly inspect the system, diagnose the issue, and explain the available options before further work begins. Our trucks carry many commonly needed parts so that we can complete repairs efficiently whenever possible.

Regular seasonal maintenance can help heating and cooling equipment operate efficiently and may reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns. We recommend air conditioning maintenance in the spring and heating maintenance before winter, and we offer annual heating maintenance plans. When repair is no longer the best choice, we help our customers select an appropriately sized replacement system for their space and budget. We install energy-efficient Trane equipment, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems. Our NATE-certified Service Technicians can also assist with boiler and geothermal system selection, while our licensed and trained installers perform installations according to manufacturer specifications.

We bring the same range of services to small businesses and building owners, including light commercial maintenance, repair, and installation. Whether we’re restoring comfort, planning a replacement, maintaining existing equipment, or recommending indoor air quality products, we aim to provide straightforward guidance, careful workmanship, and responsive service for our neighbors.
