The K Company Inc.

We are a family-owned heating and cooling team that has served Ohio residents and organizations since 1972. From our 106,000-square-foot facility at 2234 S. Arlington Road in Akron, more than 300 experienced employees help us design, install, repair, replace, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems. Our certified professionals are licensed and insured, and we work with all major brands of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. We take pride in being knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and committed to the communities we serve.

Our commercial experience includes schools, retail spaces, hotels, senior living facilities, post offices, state correctional facilities, multi-residential buildings, walk-in coolers, medical laboratories, hospitals, and offices. Many of our project managers have hands-on field experience, giving them practical knowledge of a wide variety of construction projects. For new commercial heating systems, including outdoor rooftop and indoor units, we can guide clients through the process from design to completion. We also provide commercial inspections, cleaning, tune-ups, repairs, and customizable maintenance plans to help keep equipment operating at peak capacity.

We believe every service call is an opportunity to build a lasting partnership. Our repair specialists work on the majority of HVAC makes and models, and if we cannot complete a repair, we will recommend a nearby provider that can help. We provide up-front estimates to avoid hidden surprises, and we do not recommend replacement unless it is necessary or we can demonstrate meaningful cost savings. We proudly serve residents and organizations in Akron, Cleveland, Canton, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati. To schedule service, call us at (330) 773-5125.
