The Janes Co., Inc

We are a family-owned and operated radiant heating specialist based in Mukilteo, Washington. Since 1986, radiant heating has been our sole focus—not a side service or add-on. We were among the first major providers of radiant in-floor heating systems in the Seattle area, and we now serve homeowners, architects, and builders throughout Western Washington and the Puget Sound region.

Hydronic radiant heating is at the heart of what we do. We design and install custom systems for new construction, upgrade existing systems, and provide local repair, maintenance, and emergency repair services. Our designers have customized thousands of hydronic systems for homes across Western Washington, including many of the region’s custom homes. With factory-trained and certified technicians, we bring decades of hands-on experience to each project and take pride in solving problems that others have been unable to fix.

We also make professionally designed DIY radiant heating kits for customers throughout the United States and Canada. Each system is customized to the project’s specifications and shipped with clear installation guidance. Our team helps customers select the appropriate components and provides phone support so they do not have to navigate the installation process alone.

Our approach is grounded in craftsmanship, communication, and lasting comfort. We arrive as scheduled, communicate clearly, and treat each home and jobsite with care. Whether we are working directly with a homeowner or alongside a contractor, our goal is to design a system around the project’s needs and complete our work properly the first time. From our Mukilteo office to the field, we are committed to making efficient, comfortable radiant heating more understandable and accessible.
