Sutcliffe Heating, Cooling and Geothermal

We’re a small, family-owned team based in Waynesville, Missouri, serving homeowners and businesses throughout Pulaski, Camden, and Laclede counties. Whether your heating or cooling system needs routine maintenance, a repair, or replacement, we’re here to help you stay comfortable throughout the year. We also offer a preventive maintenance program designed to cover your systems’ ongoing maintenance needs.

Our specialized technicians are manufacturer-trained to service and install the latest heating and cooling equipment. With more than 15 years of residential HVAC repair and replacement experience, we bring practical knowledge to every job. We focus on reliable, energy-efficient solutions and develop a custom installation plan for each new heating and air conditioning system. Estimates for new systems are free and can be scheduled by phone or online.

We believe recommendations should be based on what you need, not on a sales commission. Our technicians and sales staff are paid hourly rather than by commission, allowing them to focus on providing appropriate service for your situation. When your system is down, our standard $125 service-call fee covers drive time, a complete system diagnostic, and up to one hour of repair labor. For most repairs completed within that time, the remaining charge is for the necessary part.

We’re also proud to support military families through special discounts and to welcome veterans into our workforce. From our home in Waynesville, we work to provide dependable, environmentally responsible heating and cooling solutions that support comfort and efficiency in your home or workplace.
