Survant Heating & Air Conditioning

At Survant Heating & Air Conditioning, we help homeowners and commercial clients find heating and cooling solutions suited to their individual needs. Our family has served the St. Charles and Warren County area for more than four decades, and we have installed many systems throughout the greater St. Louis Metro. Based in Wright City, Missouri, we provide heating and air conditioning service and repair in Wentzville, Lake Saint Louis, O’Fallon, Wright City, Innsbrook, Warrenton, and surrounding areas.

Our professional technicians and installers handle HVAC installation, replacement, repair, and routine maintenance for existing properties and new construction. Whether an air conditioner needs service, a furnace requires repair, or an aging system may be ready for replacement, we take time to diagnose the issue and explain the available options clearly. For furnace repairs, we provide an upfront, flat-rate price before beginning approved work, complete the repair with high-quality parts, test the system for safe and effective operation, and leave the home as clean as we found it. We also offer preventive maintenance plans, emergency services, financing options for new installations and replacements, and free estimates for those projects.

We understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. Our employees undergo regular background checks and drug testing, and our technicians complete the certifications required by the State of Missouri to service HVAC equipment. We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, an active ACCA member in good standing, and accredited by the BBB. We are also proud members of SMART Sheet Metal Local 36 and the Wright City Chamber of Commerce. Above all, we aim to respect your time, your property, and your hard-earned money while delivering the heating and cooling service your home or workplace needs.
