Superior Heating & Cooling Inc.

At Superior Heating & Cooling Inc., we provide full-service heating and cooling support for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Pete and Sandy Cervini have owned our operation since 1993, and co-owner Jesse Wisson has been part of our team for more than 16 years. Jesse holds a business degree from the University of Michigan Flint and is a Certified North American Trade Excellence Trainer as well as EPA Universal certified. Across our team, we bring experience with furnaces, air conditioning, boilers, mini-split systems, fireplaces, sheet metal design and layout, new construction, equipment replacements, and remodeling projects.

We handle HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement. For homeowners in the Blue Water Area, that can mean anything from a system tune-up or repair to installing equipment in a new home or remodeling project. For commercial customers in St. Clair County, we provide new installations, maintenance, and repairs. We also offer ongoing maintenance programs for residential and commercial equipment, along with on-call and after-hours emergency service for both types of systems.

Geothermal heating and cooling is another important part of our work. We design, install, test, calibrate, and maintain geothermal systems for commercial and industrial spaces, tailoring each design to the property’s specific requirements. Our assessment process helps us match the system to the facility’s heating and cooling demands, while our installation team focuses on smooth integration and dependable operation. We also provide preventative maintenance and support intended to identify potential issues early, extend system life, and preserve efficiency. Our team includes technicians with geothermal installation and service experience, as well as specialists in boiler replacement and commercial and industrial installations. Whether we are replacing residential equipment, laying out sheet metal, installing a mini-split, or supporting a geothermal system, we focus on quality work and customer satisfaction.
