We began in 1973 as a small residential contractor in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Since then, we have grown into a multi-trade subcontractor serving commercial, industrial, and service-sector needs while continuing to support residential properties. After joining Houchens Industries in 2000, we expanded our capabilities to provide comprehensive subcontracting and post-construction maintenance solutions. Our work spans heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and meeting tight project deadlines.

We install and repair all major brands of HVAC systems, including traditional ductwork and ductless split systems. We also install, maintain, and repair whole-house humidifiers and dehumidifiers. To help improve indoor air quality, we offer UV lights for addressing mold and other allergens, electronic and HEPA filter installation, and ductwork cleaning. Our seasonal and preventive maintenance services include refrigerant-level checks, cooling-unit cleaning, and filter change-outs. We also install and maintain building management systems that regulate heating and cooling equipment for improved energy efficiency.
