Spring Aire Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

We are a family-owned heating and air conditioning team that has served Duncan, South Carolina, and surrounding Upstate communities since 1985. Mark Springman founded Spring Aire Heating & Air Conditioning with a straightforward goal: to provide honest HVAC service that customers can trust. Over the past four decades, we have built our reputation on dependable workmanship, fair pricing, and treating every customer the way we would want our own families treated.

Today, Mark’s daughter, Hannah, owns and leads Spring Aire. She joined our family operation more than 10 years ago and spent years working alongside her father while helping guide our growth. Mark remains an important part of our team, continuing to work with Hannah and share the knowledge and hands-on experience he has developed throughout his career. Together, they pair decades of HVAC experience with a modern, customer-focused approach while preserving the values on which we were founded.

We believe home comfort should be reliable and HVAC service should be straightforward. Our residential services include air conditioning repair and tune-ups, energy-efficient system installation, furnace and heat pump repair, replacement and maintenance, indoor air quality solutions, and ductless systems. We also provide commercial HVAC services for offices, retail properties, and light industrial spaces, including large split systems and rooftop equipment. Whether we are performing routine maintenance, repairing a system, or completing a full replacement, we focus on clear communication, quality workmanship, and practical long-term solutions. Our mission is to improve comfort and quality of life in our community through honest advice, skilled work, and genuine care for the families and organizations we serve.
