Southern Solar Systems

We serve Huntsville and the surrounding area with geothermal heating and cooling as a central part of our HVAC work. Our team installs WaterFurnace systems and helps homeowners and businesses choose equipment suited to their property and comfort needs. We work with ground-source systems that move heat between a building and the earth through an indoor heat pump and a buried ground loop, giving customers another approach to year-round heating and air conditioning.

Our work continues beyond a new installation. We provide service, repair, and maintenance for geothermal equipment, and we service most major brands of geothermal and conventional HVAC systems. That broader experience also includes air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and other heating and cooling equipment. Whether a customer needs routine maintenance, a repair, or a complete comfort-system replacement, we can evaluate the existing equipment and discuss practical next steps. We also offer service appointments and in-home consultations for customers considering a new system.

From our Huntsville office on South Memorial Parkway, we focus on serving customers across Huntsville and nearby communities. We can explain how a ground-source system uses relatively stable underground temperatures, how the heat pump and loop work together through the seasons, and how geothermal may fit a home or commercial building. Our product selection includes several WaterFurnace system configurations, including forced-air and hydronic options, so the conversation can begin with the property's actual heating, cooling, and hot-water requirements rather than a one-size-fits-all recommendation. Customers can contact us for geothermal or HVAC service, to schedule a consultation, or to request a quote for a replacement or new installation.
