Southern Pride Service

We’re a family-owned and operated HVAC team that has served our residential and commercial neighbors in Southern Maryland since 1993. From our home in White Plains, we put customers first by explaining their options and helping them make informed decisions about their property’s heating and cooling needs. Our goal is to support your comfort and peace of mind with useful guidance—not simply to make a sale.

We provide heating, cooling, indoor air quality, energy-saving, and geothermal services tailored to each property’s needs. Our air quality options include air purifiers, humidifiers, and more. We also offer variable-speed equipment for precise temperature control, improved efficiency, quieter operation, and greater home comfort. Our decades of experience have helped us earn recognition as a Qualified Contractor with the local utility company and GeoPro status with WaterFurnace for our geothermal expertise.

Geothermal work is one of our specialties. We install and replace geothermal HVAC systems, repair all brands of geothermal systems in White Plains, and have experience servicing virtually any make or model of geothermal heat pump. Our certified HVAC technicians use advanced tools and techniques to complete high-quality repairs, and we carry products from leading geothermal system manufacturers. We also offer maintenance plans designed specifically for geothermal systems. Regular maintenance can help reduce future repair needs and extend a system’s life, while our plans include priority scheduling for emergency repairs and discounts on parts and labor when needed. Whether you’re considering a switch to geothermal or need help with an existing system, we’re ready to explain the available options and help you choose an approach suited to your home and comfort needs.
