Solon Heating & Air Conditioning

We are a family-owned HVAC contractor based in Solon, Iowa, serving homeowners and small business owners in Iowa City and the surrounding area. Since 1976, we have helped our customers keep their indoor spaces comfortable with practical heating and cooling solutions. Our decades of experience, affordable services, relationships with reputable dealers, and commitment to customer satisfaction guide the way we approach every project.

Our HVAC services include furnace, boiler, and geothermal installation, as well as furnace and air conditioner maintenance and repair. For customers interested in geothermal heating and cooling, we install Carrier systems selected to meet their needs. We also provide custom sheet metal fabrication for projects that require a tailored solution.

Consistent maintenance can help keep heating and cooling equipment operating properly. When we perform HVAC maintenance, we troubleshoot issues and repair or replace broken parts as needed. We suggest scheduling heating maintenance at least twice a year. A maintenance visit may include checking for leaks and physical cracks, cleaning the blower, adding necessary lubrication, and running operational tests.
