Slater Accurate Co

We are Slater & Accurate Well & Pump, a fourth-generation, family-owned well and pump contractor based at 1045 Macopin Road in West Milford, New Jersey. As a full-service water well drilling, pump, and well service contractor, we serve Bergen County, northern Morris County, Passaic County, and Sussex County in New Jersey, along with Orange County and Rockland County in New York. We are licensed by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to drill water wells and install pump systems.

Our work covers every aspect of water wells, from well drilling to pump-system sizing and design. Our services include geothermal services; well pump installation, repair, and maintenance; variable-speed pump systems; water well tanks; water-yield testing; well abandonment and decommissioning; well-casing upgrades to New Jersey DEP code; well video inspections; well cleaning and chlorination; and water filtration and softening. We also provide water treatment and conditioning options, including reverse osmosis, ultraviolet disinfection, carbon filters, neutralizing filters, and in-line sediment filters.

We handle each project directly from beginning to end without subcontractors. Over the last 15 years, we have developed methods for well cleaning that combine EPA-approved chemistry with a brushing technique to remove buildup. Our video-inspection technology allows us to place a camera in a well to depths of up to 750 feet, helping us assess the steel well casing, the grout seal at the bottom of the casing, and the casing length. Whether we are drilling a well, designing a pump system, inspecting a casing, cleaning a well, or addressing water treatment needs, our customers work with us throughout the process.
