Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical

Since 1979, we’ve helped Portland-area homeowners care for the systems that make their homes comfortable. Our team brings plumbing, electrical, and HVAC expertise together under one roof, handling everything from small repairs to major installations. We also offer 24/7 emergency service when immediate help is needed. Above all, we aim to provide friendly, professional service, clear communication, and careful attention to every home and property we visit.

Geothermal technology is an important part of what we do. We repair and replace geothermal heat pumps, perform thorough maintenance inspections, and provide turnkey replacement of geothermal components, including heat exchangers, ductwork, and indoor units. As one of the largest WaterFurnace geothermal contractors west of Iowa, we work with a range of efficient, reliable options suited to properties from 5,000-square-foot lots to homes on acreage. Our licensed, highly skilled geothermal specialists understand the challenges these systems can present and how to address them.

Every geothermal project begins with a site visit so we can understand the homeowner’s needs and determine whether a ground-source system is a good fit. Before work starts, we consider excavation, system size, project scope, and other factors that affect cost, then explain the pricing upfront. When a property cannot accommodate the 2,000-plus feet of piping we would normally recommend, we can evaluate alternatives such as 200-foot wells, horizontal drilling beneath the house, or a WaterFurnace Hyperloop product. Throughout the process, we provide practical guidance and keep homeowners informed.

Our connection to the Portland community extends beyond the services we provide. We support local organizations including Meals on Wheels, The Home Builders Foundation, and Dash for Kids. Whether we’re maintaining a cooling system, resolving a plumbing or electrical issue, or helping a homeowner evaluate geothermal comfort, we bring decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to serving our neighbors with pride and dedication.
