Sky Heating & Air Conditioning The Dalles

Since 1979, we at Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical have worked to exceed our customers’ expectations across Oregon and Southwest Washington. From our location at 616 E 3rd St in The Dalles, we bring pride and dedication to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Whether a homeowner needs a small repair or a major installation, our plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians share one mission: to bring comfort and peace of mind to the people we serve.

We believe good home service means putting in the extra work, offering several options, and giving customers the information they need to make confident decisions. Our goal is to do the job right the first time and leave every home better than we found it. Our employees are the backbone of everything we do, and we remain ready and excited to apply our experience to each home-service situation.

Geothermal technology is one of our areas of expertise. We provide geothermal heat pump repair and replacement in Portland and help homeowners assess whether a ground-source system fits their needs. We begin with a site visit and consider factors such as excavation, system size, project scope, available space, and cost before work begins. When a property cannot accommodate the 2,000-plus feet of piping we would normally recommend, possible approaches include 200-foot wells, horizontal drilling beneath the house, or a WaterFurnace Hyperloop product.

As one of the largest WaterFurnace geothermal contractors west of Iowa, we offer options for properties ranging from 5,000-square-foot lots to homes on acreage. We choose WaterFurnace products for their efficiency and reliability, and our technicians match each home’s specific conditions with an appropriate solution. Throughout the process, we explain the available choices and share project considerations upfront so homeowners can decide what works best for them.
