Simpson Salute Heating and Air

Here in the Tuscarawas Valley, the Simpson name has been familiar for many years, beginning with the original family operation, Simpson Heating & Air. Today, we proudly serve homeowners in New Philadelphia, throughout Tuscarawas County, and in surrounding communities across Northeast Ohio. We have served the area since 1999, building on more than 100 years of combined experience and a commitment to reliable, superior service.

We provide heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services, from minor repairs and seasonal maintenance to complete system replacements. Our licensed, experienced professionals include technicians with current EPA certifications for safe refrigerant handling. When we visit your home, we carefully inspect the system and work to identify the root cause of the problem before recommending a solution. We explain what we find, review the repair process in clear terms, and base our recommendations on what your equipment actually needs. Our goal is to help you feel confident from the moment our team arrives through the completion of the service visit.

We have invested significant time, energy, and resources in developing the service standards and processes we believe our customers deserve. That investment includes ongoing training, a 5,000-square-foot learning lab, and a local call center. Because we dispatch from the heart of the New Philadelphia area, we are positioned to provide fast and efficient home service, including same-day and 24/7/365 service. As members of this community, we take pride in doing things differently through practical HVAC solutions, clear communication, and a consistent service experience from beginning to end.
