Simmons Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

Our roots go back to 1987, when we began in Callaway, Maryland, specializing in duct fabrication. We moved to Hollywood in 1995 and expanded into the installation of complete heating and cooling systems, including ductwork. In 1998, we installed our first geothermal system. Today, we serve residential and commercial clients throughout Southern Maryland, including St. Mary’s, Charles, and Calvert counties.

We install, service, inspect, maintain, and repair a broad range of comfort systems. Our work includes air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, geothermal systems, gas, electric, and oil equipment, hot-water boilers, water heaters, humidification systems, indoor air quality products, programmable thermostats, zoning systems, and ductless mini-splits. We also fabricate custom sheet metal and ductwork, design complete HVAC systems, perform HVAC replacements, and offer preventive maintenance and annual residential and commercial service contracts. Emergency HVAC repairs are available for residential and commercial systems. We provide sales and installation of major brands, with products from ClimateMaster, Broan, Generac, and Fujitsu among those we work with.

Since 2003, we have held air-balancing certification through the National Comfort Institute. This training equips us to evaluate problem duct systems in existing homes and commercial buildings and recommend appropriate modifications. We became an authorized Generac dealer in 2004, allowing us to service Generac and Centurion generators. Our generator capabilities cover single-phase and three-phase units from 7 kW through 150 kW, and we also install whole-house generators. We maintain an ongoing employee training program to support knowledgeable service, and all our employees are drug tested and background checked. Across our heating, air conditioning, geothermal, ductwork, and generator services, we remain committed to advanced products, timely work, and attentive customer service.
