We have served Northeast Iowa since 1937, providing well drilling, pump installation, and geothermal services from our headquarters in Fredericksburg. Our roots run deep in the region: in 1979, we installed one of Northeast Iowa’s first geothermal heat pumps. For geothermal projects, our technicians help determine the most economically suitable unit for a home or office based on the site location. Our services include pump and reinjection systems, vertical-loop drilling and installation, and the manifolding of vertical loops. We also drill wells for farms and residential properties. Our state-certified drillers follow Iowa well-drilling code and use high-quality steel casing, thick-walled PVC casing, advanced drilling techniques, and full-length pressure grouting. We use an appropriate amount of casing to help keep unwanted contaminants out and aim to provide a quality well for the future. We are licensed to provide well drilling services in Iowa and Minnesota. In select areas, our well drilling includes a transferable 10-year warranty covering materials, workmanship, and water quality. After the project is complete, we provide a signed warranty certificate outlining that coverage.
