Shawnee Heating and Air, LLC

For more than 32 years, we have helped homeowners and businesses stay comfortable through every season. Based in Xenia, Ohio, our family-owned and operated team serves customers in Xenia, Dayton, and surrounding communities with professional heating and air conditioning services. Founded by Josh Brown’s parents and now led by Josh, we continue the family tradition of dependable service, quality workmanship, and integrity. Josh’s military background reinforces the discipline, precision, and commitment to others that guide our work.

We provide heating and cooling repairs, routine tune-ups, preventive maintenance, planned service agreements, and complete system installations for residential and commercial customers. Whether you need furnace service, air conditioning service, an emergency repair, or a system replacement, we tailor our recommendations to your needs and budget. We service all makes and models, work with specialty systems, and offer indoor air quality solutions. Financing is also available. When urgent heating or cooling problems arise, we are available for emergency service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our N.A.T.E.-certified technicians receive regular, ongoing training, helping us maintain a high standard of service throughout our team. As licensed heating and air conditioning contractors, we have the tools, equipment, and experience needed to keep comfort systems operating smoothly. We are bonded and insured and hold State of Ohio HVAC License 45327. From planned maintenance designed to reduce service emergencies to full equipment replacement, our goal is to provide honest solutions and complete every job with care. At Shawnee Heating & Air, we believe comfort is about more than temperature—it is also about trust, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.
