Schulz Heating & Cooling

We’ve been helping homeowners and businesses stay comfortable since 1986. Based in Antigo, Wisconsin, Schulz Heating & Cooling has been family owned and operated from the beginning. We’re customer focused, and we take pride in employing highly trained craftspeople who share our goal of providing excellent service throughout the areas we serve.

As a full-service HVAC and electrical team, we design, engineer, install, repair, and maintain complete comfort systems for new and existing homes and buildings. Our work includes furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, geothermal systems, HVAC zoning, and Generac generator installation, along with residential and commercial electrical repairs. We service all major HVAC brands, including Coleman, Carrier, Bryant, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, York, and American Standard. We serve Antigo, Wausau, Merrill, and surrounding areas.

We believe a comfort system should be selected and installed with care. Improperly sized equipment, poor installation, and neglected maintenance can affect comfort, monthly fuel bills, and long-term costs. Whether we’re helping address uneven temperatures with independently controlled zones or recommending equipment for a repair or replacement, we explain the proposed system, including details or limitations that may affect the final result. We also tell you up front what it will cost to complete the job correctly, so you know what to expect before work begins.

Our entire team works to make each experience as hassle-free and enjoyable as possible. We’re proud of the people we train and the workmanship they bring to every job site. If we make a mistake, we’ll do everything in our power to correct it to your satisfaction. That commitment reflects the customer-focused approach we’ve taken since our family-owned operation began in 1986, and it continues to guide every service we offer today.
