Scharnweber Water Conditioning

At Scharnweber Water Conditioning in Toledo, we help homeowners, rural customers, communities, schools, and businesses keep their water, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems working as they should. Our plumbing work includes water-line repairs and replacement, water-heater service and replacement, and repair or replacement of sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and garbage disposals. Our licensed master plumbers also support home maintenance, improvement projects, new-home construction, and additions.

For rural homes and communities, we provide practical solutions for clean water and dependable septic service. We repair and replace Goulds/Red Jacket submersible well pumps, pressure tanks, and related components. Our water-conditioning services include softening to remove hardness minerals, well shocking to clean well casings and disinfect water lines, oxidation to address iron, sulfur, manganese, and other odors, and filtration to remove sediment. We also clean and replace septic tanks and build, service, and install both gravity and mechanical septic systems. For municipal needs, we install, upgrade, and repair city water and sewer services in Albion, Chelsea, Clutier, Dysart, Ferguson, Hartwick, Montour, and Tama. This work also includes sewer-line repair, drain cleaning, gas-appliance installation, annual gas tests, gas-leak repair, and new gas-line installation.

We also serve heating and cooling needs across northeast and central Iowa. We sell RUUD and LENNOX heating and cooling units, service most major HVAC brands, install Bosch geothermal heat pumps, and provide HVAC service, replacement, and yearly inspections. For larger facilities, we offer commercial boilers, rooftop HVAC units, and other heavy-duty equipment suited to schools and large businesses. Our work covers home water supplies, septic systems, plumbing fixtures, and indoor comfort equipment.
