Since 1947, we have served homeowners and businesses throughout Saginaw, Bay, Midland, and surrounding counties with professional heating and cooling services. Our story began when Ray and Leon Ryczek started with one truck and a garage, focusing exclusively on heating. Leadership later passed to Ray’s son, Jim, who introduced new products and services while expanding our service area. Jim’s son, John, continued that progress by incorporating advanced technology, broadening our capabilities, and extending our reach across mid-Michigan.

Today, our licensed HVAC professionals install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. We work with furnaces, central air conditioners, boilers, ductless mini-splits, baseboard heaters, in-floor radiant heating, geothermal systems, generators, and homes that use a combination of systems. For commercial properties, we support the full lifecycle of HVAC equipment, from initial installation and ongoing maintenance to emergency repairs.
