Russ's Drilling & AAA Pump Co.

We are a family-owned and operated business serving Central Missouri for more than 40 years. Our experience spans three generations, with practical knowledge of wells and water systems passed down through our family. Guided by our values of God, genuine care, and gratitude, we approach our work with integrity and remain thankful for the opportunity to provide water systems for homes, farms, businesses, and public facilities.

We provide well drilling, pump system design and installation, well rehabilitation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. Our work includes submersible pumps, pressure tanks, control systems, pressure switches, and complete well-and-pump systems. We serve residential, municipal, agricultural, and commercial clients, adapting our drilling work to each property’s geology and water requirements. Our projects may range from a 25-gallon-per-minute residential well to a 100-gallon-per-minute agricultural system, depending on the specific needs of the property.

We also provide geothermal well drilling and geothermal system design for heating and cooling applications. Across our water-well, pump, and geothermal services, we use modern equipment and established methods to develop systems suited to each project. Whether we are repairing a pressure switch, installing a new pump system, rehabilitating a well, or drilling for a geothermal installation, we focus on completing the work with care and attention to the needs of the site. Our geographic focus is Central Missouri.
