Rumer-Loudin Inc

We’ve served the greater Ohio Valley from Barnesville, Ohio, since 1975, providing technically advanced repair, installation, and design/build services for heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Our work includes system design and installation as well as repairs.

Geothermal systems are our specialty. We have installed geothermal systems in residential and commercial properties since 1989—longer than any other HVAC contractor in the Ohio Valley—and we use geothermal in our own home. With more than 450 systems installed throughout the area, we bring extensive practical experience to systems that can provide cost-efficient heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. We also install other types of heating and air conditioning equipment.

Our trained service technicians keep up with advances in heating and cooling technology. When planning a new system, we prepare thorough estimates based on the heating and cooling requirements of each room. This detailed process helps ensure indoor comfort. We can also compare the estimated operating costs of different energy sources and examine how quickly an investment may provide a return. Whether we are repairing existing equipment or designing and installing a new system, our work is supported by technical knowledge and decades of heating and cooling experience.
