Roger's Plumbing & Heating

We are a family-owned and operated plumbing, heating, and cooling team that has served Sioux Falls and surrounding communities since 1983. Excellent customer service has always been our main focus. We are proud to have been a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer since 1986, and we bring that long-standing product knowledge to the work we do in local homes.

When Roger and Lynette retired in 2019, Josh and Chris took over with the goal of continuing the tradition of honest service and quality products. Josh joined us in 2006 and soon knew that he wanted to lead a business with the same honesty and integrity for which Roger’s Plumbing & Heating was known. He holds a Master Plumbing License and a Master Contractor License for HVAC and is NATE certified. Chris brings 25 years of HVAC knowledge, including 20 years spent working closely with Roger and Lynette. His experience includes extensive knowledge of Carrier equipment.

Our work was recognized in 2011 when we became the first recipient in South Dakota of the Carrier President’s Award. Since then, we have received nine additional President’s Awards. We remain focused on the professionalism and customer service associated with that recognition.

We install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems for homeowners in Sioux Falls, Shindler, Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea, Ellis, and surrounding communities. Our team works with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and air conditioners, including high-efficiency systems. We listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and recommend options based on your home, comfort needs, and budget. We also provide upfront pricing before work begins. If a heating or cooling system fails unexpectedly, our 24/7 emergency service is available to help restore comfort. Whether you need routine maintenance, a repair, or a new HVAC system, we approach the work with the same emphasis on clear communication, quality products, and attentive service.
