Riley Heating & AC Inc

We are Riley Heating & Air Conditioning, a full-service heating and cooling company based in Phenix City. For 55 years, we have served homes and businesses across eastern Alabama and western Georgia. Our location puts us within reach of customers in Phenix City, Columbus, Auburn, Opelika, Smiths Station, Fort Mitchell, and other nearby communities.

Our team installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment for residential and commercial properties. We work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, radiant heating, indoor air quality equipment, and ductwork. We also provide load calculations and equipment assessments for new systems, preventive maintenance for existing equipment, home performance evaluations, and emergency service seven days a week. As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, we install Carrier equipment while repairing all makes and models.

Geothermal heating and cooling is part of our service offering. We install geothermal units and help property owners determine whether a ground-source system fits their building and site. We can evaluate the heating and cooling needs of the property, discuss system sizing and available configurations, and prepare a written estimate for the proposed work. Our technicians also service geothermal units used for both heating and cooling.

We approach each project by first understanding the building, its existing system, and the comfort needs of the people who use it. Whether the work involves a routine tune-up, an unexpected repair, replacement equipment, or a new geothermal installation, we explain our recommendations before beginning. Our goal is to provide practical heating and cooling solutions suited to the property, with trained technicians and a local team available throughout our eastern Alabama and western Georgia service area.
