Ressler & Mateer

At Ressler & Mateer, we are a local, family-owned and operated team serving residential and commercial customers throughout Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, Reading, West Chester, and York, Pennsylvania. From our home in Brownstown, we help customers with plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. With more than 50 years of experience, we remain focused on the same priorities that have guided us for decades: quality products, outstanding customer service, and the professional courtesy our customers deserve.

We provide HVAC system installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and 24/7 emergency support. Because heating and cooling equipment is a significant investment, we keep pace with current technology and work with quality equipment manufacturers. We are proud to be an authorized Carrier dealer, giving us direct access to the brand’s innovative heating, cooling, and ventilation products, while continuing to work with other equipment partners as well.

Our approach to service includes both the technical work and the way we care for each customer and property. We recruit talented people and train every member of our team, from technicians to office personnel, so they have the tools and support needed to make the process as simple as possible. Whether we are scheduling an appointment, diagnosing a problem, ordering parts, completing a repair, or installing a new HVAC system, we keep customer satisfaction in mind. We also pay attention to the details: treating people with respect and courtesy, avoiding tracked-in mud, protecting pets by closing doors, and leaving each home as we found it. Our goal is to provide the thoughtful, “white glove” service we believe every customer deserves.
