Residential Heating & Cooling LLC

We are a locally owned and operated family heating and cooling business based at 244 Pugh Road in Albany, Ohio. We have served the Athens area and surrounding counties for more than 25 years. Our co-owner, Paul Hoover, entered the HVAC industry more than 30 years ago and joined Residential Heating & Cooling in 1993 as a part-time apprentice. As his experience and responsibilities grew, Paul advanced to lead installer and then head technician. In 2001, Paul and Sarah Hoover purchased our business, and Paul and Sarah continue to own and operate it.

We provide heating and cooling installation and repair, indoor air quality services, duct cleaning, preventive maintenance, geothermal systems, whole-house generators, and emergency service. Our geothermal work is part of our service offering alongside conventional heating and cooling work. We are fully insured and state licensed under license number 25885.

Our approach centers on completing service and installation work with attention to each customer’s comfort and satisfaction. We strive to work considerately, keep our work clean, and operate efficiently. From our Albany location, we focus on serving the Athens area and surrounding counties in southeastern Ohio.
