Refrigeration Equipment Services CO Inc

We are RES Air Conditioning, serving Henderson and nearby East Texas communities since 1957. From our home in Henderson, we support residential and commercial HVAC customers in Henderson, Kilgore, Tyler, Longview, and surrounding areas. As a long-standing Trane dealer and Comfort Specialist partner, we focus on thoughtful system design rather than shortcuts or quick fixes. Our mission is to provide industry-leading comfort solutions and first-rate design, air-conditioning installation, and service with quality, honesty, and integrity.

We understand the demands that East Texas weather places on heating and cooling systems. High humidity, long cooling seasons, aging equipment, airflow problems, and rising energy costs can all affect comfort at home. Instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we tailor our recommendations to the needs of each customer and to the way homes in this region actually perform. Whether you need a repair, system replacement, or help improving indoor air quality, we offer clear recommendations and dependable support throughout the process.

We also provide preventive maintenance for heating and cooling systems. Because a lack of maintenance can contribute to system failure, we design maintenance plans to help protect equipment and increase its longevity. Our Preferred Member Plan includes operating tests in cooling and heating modes; checks of thermostats, temperatures, motor amperage, electrical connections, controls, airflow, static pressure, refrigerant charge, and safety components; and inspections of blower wheels, accessible evaporator coils, registers, ductwork, equipment connections, and refrigerant-line insulation. We also flush and test condensation lines, remove debris from outdoor condensers, rinse outdoor coils, wipe down housings and cabinets, and replace or clean air filters. Our technicians use factory training materials and procedures and undergo drug testing and full background checks. Through consistent service, local knowledge, and relationships built over time, we work to make HVAC decisions easier and help our customers move forward with confidence.
