R.H. Witt Heating & Sheet Metal

We are a family-owned and operated heating and air conditioning contractor based in Glenview, Illinois. Founded by Richard H. Witt Jr. in 1966, we serve homeowners and commercial clients across the North Shore, the north side of Chicago, and the northwest suburbs. Our work includes residential and commercial heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and geothermal systems, with service, installation, and design available to meet a range of comfort needs.

We take pride in looking beyond the equipment itself. When designing a comfort solution, we also consider potential issues with the building envelope that may affect indoor comfort or air quality. This broader approach helps us identify factors that could influence how an HVAC system performs within the property. Whether we are planning a new installation, servicing existing equipment, or developing a system design, our goal is to provide a solution suited to the building and its needs.

Outstanding customer service has been central to our work from the beginning. Our team treats customers and their properties with respect, and our technicians make every effort to leave each work area as clean as it was when they arrived. We also offer an annual maintenance agreement designed to identify minor issues before they contribute to a system breakdown. During seasonal visits, our NATE-certified technicians perform inspections, tests, and other maintenance services intended to optimize equipment performance and extend its service life. We periodically offer specials on products and services, including accessories, equipment, repairs, and maintenance, and customers may contact us to ask about current discounts and coupons.
