Our family tradition began in 1945, when Sheldon F. Quigley returned from military service in World War II and founded Quigley Heating & Air. Over the next 30 years, he steadily grew our operation. His son, Troy S. Quigley, took his place in 1977 and carried that tradition forward with a strong focus on our customers and consistent growth. Troy devoted considerable time to developing and refining our planned maintenance program, designed to create greater value for our clients by helping equipment last longer and experience fewer breakdowns.

In 1998, Sheldon’s grandson, Brandon Quigley, joined us full time and served in a variety of roles. After his father passed in 2008, Brandon became our operations manager, a role he continues to hold today. Through three generations of family ownership, we have remained committed to serving Dallas-area homeowners with HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation. Our goal is straightforward: to support reliable, year-round home comfort through attentive service and practical heating and cooling solutions.

We are a Lennox Authorized Dealer offering Lennox heating and cooling systems, along with installation and service. We also offer the Quigley QClub Program, which includes priority service, seasonal tune-ups, and member savings to help homeowners care for their HVAC systems throughout the year. Beyond the homes we serve, our Quigley Cares program reflects our commitment to giving back to the Dallas community through service, support, and local partnerships. From our location on Diplomat Drive in Farmers Branch, we continue to honor the customer-focused values that have guided our family since 1945.
