Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric

We have served homeowners in Brookfield, Metro Milwaukee, and communities across Southeastern Wisconsin since 1961. From our location on North Brookfield Road, we install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, and we provide plumbing and electrical services. We serve the Jefferson, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Washington, and Waukesha areas. We have also installed and maintained ENERGY STAR appliances since they came to market.

As a family-owned team, we believe prompt service should come with a personal touch. Our fleet includes more than 30 trucks, with six vehicles fully stocked with parts and tools for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical repair emergencies. Before working independently in the field, our technicians receive full training. We focus on educating homeowners, making recommendations we stand behind, and suggesting products only when they benefit the customer. We treat our customers and employees like family, and our goal is to build lasting relationships while helping improve comfort.

We back our work with clear commitments. If our work and labor are not completed correctly, we offer 100% of the customer’s money back. After an air-conditioning or furnace installation, we will do what is right to satisfy the customer for up to 24 months. Our installation coverage includes parts and labor for one year from the installation date. In the second year, manufacturer coverage may apply to parts for up to five years, or ten years when eligible equipment is registered. Parts-and-labor warranties lasting five to ten years may also be purchased at installation, and warranty repairs must be completed during normal working hours.
