We are Quality Air LLC, known locally as Lighthouse Mechanical Heating and Cooling. Based in Hampton, we have served homeowners and businesses across the Virginia Peninsula since 2001. We have been a Trane Comfort Specialist since 2007, but we service all brands of HVAC equipment. Our NATE-certified service technicians complete background checks and drug screenings, receive rigorous technical training, and continue developing their skills as HVAC technology evolves.

We provide residential and commercial heating and cooling installation, replacement, repair, and preventive maintenance. Our services include air conditioning systems, furnaces and heaters, heat pumps, ductless systems, indoor air quality solutions, and commercial HVAC equipment. We also install, replace, and repair geothermal HVAC systems, and we service tankless water heaters and whole-home standby generators. For heating and commercial HVAC emergencies, we offer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When replacement or new-construction installation is needed, we help assess system requirements, select and size suitable equipment, and develop the system layout and design.
