Progressive Heating, Air and Plumbing

We’re proud to be locally based in Coweta County, where we have served our community and the metro Atlanta area for more than 30 years. Our story began with Greg’s first HVAC job in 1981. At 18, he worked on industrial heating and cooling systems at the newly built airport and remained there for seven years. After earning his Georgia Conditioned Air Non-Restricted license on June 7, 1989, he moved into residential and light commercial HVAC work. In 1994, Greg started Progressive from his home on Lancaster Way with a helper and a subcontractor. We later operated from a shop at his home in Moreland before moving our office to Temple Avenue in 2001.

Today, our mission is to provide exceptional HVAC and plumbing solutions that bring comfort and peace of mind through honesty, professionalism, a well-trained team, and outstanding customer care. Our technicians and sales engineers bring comprehensive knowledge to the sales, service, installation, renovation, and replacement of residential and commercial HVAC systems. We also provide plumbing services and help homeowners with air-conditioning repairs, heating-system replacements, and HVAC maintenance.

We take a whole-home approach, looking beyond an immediate heating or cooling concern to identify areas that may be improved. From there, we recommend practical solutions designed to help make the home more energy efficient and comfortable for the family living in it. We approach every installation, maintenance visit, repair, and plumbing service with dedication and a commitment to excellence.

We proudly serve customers across the metro Atlanta area, including Coweta, Fayette, Fulton, and Troup counties. Our team emphasizes clear, upfront pricing and eco-friendly practices. We also offer the Comfort Assurance Plan, a maintenance plan intended to find HVAC problems early, before minor concerns develop into more expensive repairs. Our Georgia license numbers are CN006739 for conditioned air and MPR108394 for plumbing.
