Pro Works, Inc.

We were founded by a team of skilled plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical contractors with more than 60 years of combined experience. From our Ocean View location, we serve homeowners, businesses, facilities managers, and municipal and public works customers throughout Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, and Maryland’s eastern shore. Our services include plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical work, drain cleaning, water heaters, and water and sewer lines.

We handle projects ranging from routine maintenance and general service to repairs, replacements, and new installations. Our HVAC technicians sell, service, install, and replace heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, radiators, and natural gas, propane, oil, and electric heating units. We are a certified Trane dealer and a certified Mitsubishi HVAC dealer. As a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, we specialize in installing Mitsubishi ductless heating and air conditioning systems. We also offer scheduled maintenance plans, with heating-system inspections, cleaning, tune-ups, and repairs when needed.

Our plumbing team provides full-service support with an emphasis on prompt, clean, and courteous service. For electrical needs, we can relocate power outlets, add voice or data outlets, wire additions, install backup generators, and address other residential electrical projects. Whether the need is simple or complex, our technicians work to provide prompt, quality service across the region. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency repairs, and no job is too small for our team.
