Pro Services Plumbing & Heating Inc.

We are a family-run plumbing, heating, and cooling team based in Red Hook, New York, in the Hudson River Valley. Our growth has been built on the efforts of a talented, dedicated team with a shared commitment to precision, professionalism, and excellence. Mike, our CEO, has worked as a plumbing and heating technician since 1987. Andrew leads our HVAC department and specializes in high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, while Tim, a master plumber and our Director of Field Operations, leads our plumbing department and oversees field operations for our projects.

As a full-service mechanical contractor, we handle projects ranging from leaky faucets, plumbing fixtures, well service, water treatment, and kitchen or bathroom remodeling to radiant heat, solar thermal hot water, ductless systems, and heating and air-conditioning upgrades. We install geothermal heating and air-conditioning systems and can design solutions intended to reduce heating and cooling costs. We also offer control packages that allow customers to operate compatible systems from a smartphone.

Our qualifications include OSHA Construction Safety Certification; plumbing licenses in the cities of Kingston and Poughkeepsie, the Town of Poughkeepsie, and Putnam County; and registration as a DEC well water contractor. Our geothermal training includes Geo Thermal Equipment Installation Certification, ClimateMaster Geothermal Equipment Certification, and ClimateMaster Geothermal Design and Equipment Certification.

For HVAC work, we use Carrier, Heil, and Mitsubishi products. For plumbing systems, we use products from Kohler, Delta, Moen, Grohe, Waterworks, Uponor, and Toto. Whether we are working on plumbing, comfort systems, alternative-energy equipment, or general renovations, we bring the same practical focus to every project: careful work, suitable equipment, and mechanical systems designed with serviceability in mind.
