Our highly trained comfort specialists work with air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and geothermal heat pumps. We diagnose and repair all makes and models of furnaces and heat pumps, explain our recommendations clearly, and help homeowners evaluate replacement systems for existing or newly built homes. When cooling equipment is underperforming or has stopped working, we work quickly to identify the problem and restore comfort, most often the same day. For homeowners considering geothermal, we can help determine whether a geothermal installation is right for their home.

We also believe dependable comfort begins with consistent care. Regular maintenance helps keep equipment clean, energy-efficient, and running smoothly while allowing minor concerns to be found before they become larger problems. Our preventive maintenance agreements include reminders when service is due. Members receive priority when they need help, avoid overtime charges, and can consolidate tune-ups for multiple systems into one visit.

Our general manager, Ed Kittle, joined us in 2020 with nearly four decades of industry experience. He is a licensed HVAC contractor, a past president and current board member of the Indiana chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, and a member of the City of Indianapolis Licensing Board. He is also ACCA-certified in heat loss, heat gain, and duct design. That depth of experience supports the precise, customized approach our customers have expected from us for decades.
