Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical

We’ve served Tennessee homeowners with heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services since 1981. Over the decades, we’ve built practical experience that we pass along to our technicians for the benefit of every customer. Our HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians are fully trained and licensed for the home services they perform. We put our customers’ needs and expectations first, approaching every interaction with respect, transparency, and clean, courteous service.

Our credentials include Tennessee State Class “A” Master Mechanical, Master Gas, and Master Electrical licenses, as well as City of Knoxville gas, mechanical, and electrical licenses. Our team also includes NATE-certified technicians trained to diagnose issues across HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems without unnecessary handoffs between departments. That broad expertise helps us address complex home-service needs while clearly explaining our findings and the work involved.

Plumbing and drain care are important parts of what we do. We’ve provided drain services in Knoxville, Nashville, Chattanooga, and cities beyond since 1981, with experience addressing issues associated with varied terrain, aging infrastructure, and expanding suburbs. Depending on the clog and plumbing system, we use high-pressure jetting, enzymatic solutions, or mechanical augers to clear kitchen sinks, shower drains, and other lines safely and thoroughly without damaging pipes. We also install industry-trusted water softeners designed to address the Knoxville area’s naturally hard water, helping reduce scale buildup and protect plumbing systems from premature wear. Whether the need involves heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical work, or drain service, we bring licensed expertise, decades of experience, and a customer-first approach to the job.
